Orders are processed Monday through Friday and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order and then tracking information at the address provided in your account.
A return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) to be processed. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain an RA and instructions on how to return your item(s).
All returns must be received in original condition. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. Apparel must not have been worn, altered, or laundered. All tags must be attached.
Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20%. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.
Refunds are provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We may require that you supply us with the full credit card number in order to process your refund.
